We ship worldwide via state mail UkrPoshta and provide tracking numbers, it will be sent to you as soon shipment done.
Additional shipping fees may be applied in case of Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa and China directions.
Regular shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa and China may take a bit longer.
Terms can be increased due to customs clearance, postal service errors and unseen circumstances.
Usually, recipient has to visit post office in person to pick up the parcel. Courier door-to-door delivery not provided.
If your order should be delivered by a certain date - please contact us prior to purchase.
No claim will be admitted in case of the wrong address, absence of the recipient at the stated address at the time of delivery, or unclaimed parcels. In such cases, the order will be sent to you again at your expense.
All applicable duties, customs fees or taxes which require the recipient’s country upon entry of the goods are paid by customer. Please contact your local customs office for more details, information and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges
Order cannot be canceled during manufacturing process.
Sharukhan Market do not accept cancellation and refund, however feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Contact us within three days of delivery.
Return items back within seven days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Sharukhan Market can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Items on sale
Almost all items made to order, due to customer personal measurements or custom size only.
Sharukhan Market accepts claims concerning misfits. However, be ready to provide proof of the accurate measurements in the form of photos with the tape measure attached. We will remake the item in case of mistakes from our side. In case of customer’s mistake, he/she will have the opportunity to buy the remake at discounted price. In both cases, the initial product should be sent back to the company.
Be aware that all the claims concerning measurements have to be made within three days after the order is received.
Any claims regarding the sizes and color changes are accepted within 2 days after the order is placed.
In case of the size exchange, all shipping expenses are covered by customer.
